'SunrisePath originated from a straightforward aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Toronto. Initiated by the Bennett lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was a humble family-operated venue, ingraining centuries-old family recipes.
Emily Bennett, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft on her Italian tours, learning from Neapolitan pizza maestros. Upon her return to the UK, her mission was to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, utilizing age-old practices and premium components.
Our restaurant evolved from a quaint 12-seater to a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our persistence in delivering quality and genuine taste has stood firm. We adhere to traditional wood-firing methods, produce our dough daily, and procure the best ingredients available.
At present, 'SunrisePath' is still within the Bennett family's hands, with the next generation now at the helm. While we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, our core ethos is undisturbed: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
